Room Description
The Melaka Hotel Sentosa's 21 guest rooms, suitable for both a short or for a long-term stay, is situated just 10 minutes drive away from the heart of historical Malacca and is fashioned as the fusion of the comfort of contemporary design. It contains of 2 family rooms, 2 King rooms, 5 Queen rooms, 7 Twin rooms and 4 Triple rooms. Each room has got a walk-in shower (hot & cold), air conditioning with individual remote control, vanity mirror & wash basin, smoke detectors, dressing table with night lights, wardrobe and a coloured TV. Please note that Melaka Hotel Sentosa does not have an elevator.
Services
We offer customary laundry and dry-cleaning services as well as local & outstation transfers and a 24 hours reception. Crib, iron/ironing board/kettle/hot water flask are upon request. Tooth paste and toothbrush amenities and selected beverages are available on sale.

Early Arrivals & Late Departures
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer to immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access till you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags.
Guaranteed Reservations & Deposits
At Melaka Hotel Sentosa, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check-in late (after 6pm). All reservations made through the website, email or telephone, must be guaranteed by cash deposit or direct bank-in into the Hotel's registered business bank account. Certain arrival dates and rates require a 50% or full payment deposit. Please check for full deposit requirement at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for a hotel room reservation must be received before 6pm prior to the expected day of arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge for one night's accommodation.
